Housekeeping Was very nice. They are hardworking and so kind. They deserve a 13th month pay and a 2months bonus for their hard-works. Breakfast was nice. Front desk were nice also even though someone torn my wife’s passport but they paid for it and I highly appreciate all the front desk staff.

We choose this hotel because of the nearly location from the JR OSAKA station. Actually there's a street between Osaka Post Office building and JR line and just reach straight to the hotel but there's an construction during our stay... so the street was closed. Still the hotel is near the center of UMEDA and many restaurants, shops and currency exchanges (at Osaka 2nd building). We used airport bus to Herbis Osaka, so it was very easy to walk to the hotel from Herbis Osaka with a big suitcase.

- Location of the property was very convenient for us. It’s close to Umeda train station in Osaka which is about a 8-10 minute walk away - very useful as we used the train to get around throughout our stay. - The hotel room itself was very spacious - we had plenty of room for our luggage and could comfortably move around inside. The twin room also had a couch which we appreciated. - All appliances worked well - from the air-con to the fridge, TV, etc.

The location was good, 10 min walk from the station. Check in was easy and efficient. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and having frr amenities was helpful. Having laundry facilities and a vending machine with free ice was a great addition.

The location was good, 5-10 minute walk from Osaka Station. There was ongoing construction though it didn't bother me too much. The immedate area is rather quiet. Within a short walking distance you can get to LINKS Umeda and other multiplex complexes. Lots of eateries abound. My room had the city view, which displayed spectacular sunsets. I chose this hotel because the Limon tour to Kyoto picked us up right in front of the hotel.

Family with Kids (8 pax)🇮🇹🇵🇭 We book 4 rooms last Dec 29-Jan 1, 2003. They allowed us to leave some of our luggages because we’re travelling to Tokyo thru JR Pass Shinkansen. The outstanding service convinced my group to stay again in their property on our return from Tokyo on Jan 4-6, 2023 because on our sidentrip to Kyota & nearby places. Great service, clean room, near Osaka loopline Station for JR Pass holder, near Nishi-Umeda Station and 5 Star buffet food. Special thanks to M. Koike & H. Ito 😊 Morepower Hearton 💕, please equipped your front desk a Pocket Talk Translator, it will be a good help and add some wall hooks for clothes.

This is our second time staying here. We love its location because it is very near Umeda station but not as expensive as the other hotels in the area. The staff are very helpful also to all our needs.

The location is good knowing that it is next to the station. Even taking into account the negative opinions concerning the noise of the trains according to the orientation of the room, we did not encounter any problems to sleep in spite of an orientation which faced the train tracks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We dropped our bags off early and explored the area for a while before check in. The room was small but had everything we needed, so no complaints.
